  • Legal basis: Processing of personal data is based on Art. 6(1)(a) DSGVO (consent) and Art. 6(1)(b) DSGVO (contract performance). We comply with simplified record-keeping obligations under EU Fourth Omnibus Reforms (May 2025) and EU Data Act (Sep 12, 2025) for data exchange.

 

Cookies & Tracking

  • Cookie banner: Compliant with equally prominent “Accept” and “Reject” buttons, no pre-checked non-essential cookies, no third-party content loaded without consent (per CJEU C-673/17).

Your Rights You have the rights to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection (Art. 15-21 DSGVO). No automated decision-making occurs (Art. 22 DSGVO); AI tools assist only under human supervision.

 

DSGVO Requests – Fully Automated

  • Access requests (Art. 15): Machine-readable data copy within 48 hours, including AI-logic summaries (see “AI-Specific Transparency”).

  • Erasure requests (Art. 17): Deletion within 24 hours post-verification.

  • Data portability (Art. 20): Data in JSON/CSV within 24 hours.

  • Automated compliance: AI-processed with human oversight; handles 1,000+ simultaneous requests.

 

Technological Integrity Logs are secured with AES-256 encryption. Unsafe methods trigger prompt migration with transparent documentation. EU Data Act compliance ensures fair data access.

AI-Specific Transparency (EU AI Regulation) AI systems for compliance scans and request handling are low-risk per EU AI Regulation (Regulation 2024/1689). Requirements met:

  • Transparency & explainability: AI uses rule-based keyword matching and supervised ML on anonymized datasets. Summaries (e.g., “Flags legal keywords; human approves output”) are provided for Art. 15 DSGVO requests, respecting trade secrets (AI Regulation Art. 50).

  • Human oversight: Mandatory, logged tamper-proof. Annual audits confirm fairness (AI Regulation Art. 15).

  • Compliance reports: Published annually to deter baseless claims.

 

Stress Test Protocol – Handling Mass Requests

  • Automatic scaling: Handles 1,000+ simultaneous DSGVO requests.

  • Load tests: Regular tests under extreme conditions ensure reliability.
